Enterprise Solutions Architect

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Enterprise Solutions Architect based in the United States.

This role is focused on helping enterprise customers understand, evaluate, and adopt sophisticated business travel technology solutions.
You will partner closely with Account Executives and sales leaders to shape strategies for complex, net-new enterprise opportunities.
The position combines industry expertise, consultative selling, product demonstrations, business analysis, and customer engagement.
You will work directly with travel managers, program leaders, finance, IT, sustainability teams, and other stakeholders within large organizations.
Your expertise will help customers connect their business challenges to the right technology capabilities and measurable business outcomes.
You will also support sales enablement, competitive positioning, proof-of-concept initiatives, and feedback loops with Product and Operations.

Accountabilities
  • Partner with Account Executives and Sales Leaders to develop account strategies and advance new business opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Qualify enterprise opportunities using structured sales methodologies and help Account Executives progress opportunities through the pipeline toward successful close.
  • Support Account Executives with product expertise, solution positioning, platform demonstrations, and competitive insights.
  • Present the value proposition and solution capabilities to travel managers and other customer stakeholders, connecting technology capabilities to their specific business challenges and priorities.
  • Engage with multiple personas across enterprise organizations, particularly stakeholders with deep corporate travel and travel program expertise.
  • Articulate products and services clearly while assessing solution fit and helping scope requirements for large, complex organizations.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, discovery sessions, workshops, and proof-of-concept activities to accelerate customer evaluations.
  • Develop business value assessments that demonstrate the potential operational and financial impact of proposed solutions.
  • Facilitate user access testing and workshops across functions such as Finance, IT, Sustainability, and other relevant stakeholder groups.
  • Contribute to achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales objectives by helping the broader sales team convert qualified opportunities into customers.
  • Enable new Account Executives through knowledge sharing, solution training, industry expertise, and guidance on enterprise travel technology.
  • Provide competitive and customer insights to Product and Operations teams to help improve solutions, processes, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Adapt quickly to changing business priorities and contribute to a high-performance, collaborative sales environment.

Requirements

  • 4–5+ years of experience in a full-cycle closing role within a Travel Management Company (TMC), Online Booking Tool (OBT), travel technology company, or comparable experience as a travel consultant or global travel program manager.
  • 1–2+ years of experience selling to travel managers within enterprise organizations of 3,000+ employees, or equivalent experience managing travel programs for an enterprise-sized organization.
  • Strong understanding of the corporate travel industry, enterprise travel programs, and the needs of travel managers and related stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting compelling product demonstrations and communicating complex solutions in a clear, customer-focused manner.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted relationships across technical and business functions.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including the ability to develop business value assessments and use data to support customer decisions.
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Command of the Message is preferred.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful outcomes in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
  • High adaptability and comfort operating in an evolving technology or startup environment where priorities and processes can change quickly.
  • Growth mindset with a willingness to continuously learn, experiment, and adapt existing skills to changing business needs.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with Account Executives, Sales Leadership, Product, Operations, and other internal teams.
