This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Creative Marketing Producer based in Canada.
This is a hands-on, AI-first marketing production role focused on turning complex ideas into engaging stories, content, and digital experiences.
You will produce and amplify brand content across social, search, web, community, video, and other digital channels.
A key part of the role is transforming internal experts into credible public voices through ghostwriting, content production, and thought-leadership programs.
You will also help strengthen visibility across traditional search and emerging AI-driven discovery environments through SEO, AEO, and GEO initiatives.
Working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will partner with marketing, product, and subject-matter experts to move ideas from concept to execution quickly.
The role combines creativity, technology, operational discipline, and data-driven decision-making, with AI tools embedded throughout the production workflow.
This is an opportunity for a versatile marketing generalist to have broad ownership and directly influence brand visibility, engagement, and pipeline contribution.
- Produce high-volume, on-brand visual and video content, including social graphics, web assets, advertisements, infographics, presentations, product visuals, feature explainers, and short-form video.
- Use AI-powered design, video, automation, and content tools alongside Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, CapCut, and similar platforms to accelerate production and improve efficiency.
- Build reusable templates and production systems that enable marketing and other teams to create high-quality assets independently.
- Develop and manage an internal influencer program that turns executives, engineers, product managers, and subject-matter experts into credible industry voices.
- Ghostwrite and produce LinkedIn content, articles, social posts, speaker submissions, community content, and other thought-leadership materials while preserving each contributor's authentic voice.
- Create voice and messaging guides for internal contributors and coach them on clarity, consistency, presence, and message discipline.
- Own initiatives designed to improve visibility across SEO, answer-engine optimization (AEO), and generative-engine optimization (GEO).
- Monitor AI and LLM search visibility using specialized tools, identify gaps and opportunities, and translate insights into a prioritized content and production roadmap.
- Produce and continuously optimize search-led content based on performance, search behavior, and visibility data.
- Manage fast, accurate website updates through WordPress, including copy, pages, articles, metadata, internal linking, structure, and quality assurance.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive social media program, including content calendars, cross-platform asset repurposing, social listening, automation, and performance tracking.
- Strengthen presence across community channels and technical ecosystems by creating content that encourages meaningful conversation, contribution, and engagement.
- Consolidate performance data across influencer, search, web, social, and community programs and translate findings into clear recommendations tied to engagement and pipeline contribution.
- 3–5 years of experience across at least two areas such as digital or web marketing, social media, SEO/search, communications, or content production, with the versatility of a true marketing generalist.
- Strong hands-on proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Practical experience managing WordPress and making fast, accurate, on-brand website updates.
- Demonstrated ability to transform technical or complex information into clear, compelling stories and marketing content.
- Experience ghostwriting or producing content for executives, technical experts, or other subject-matter experts is highly desirable.
- Comfort using AI-powered design, video, content, automation, and analytical tools, with the ability to quickly adopt new technologies.
- Strong short-form video production or editing capabilities using tools such as CapCut, Opus, Adobe, or comparable platforms are an asset.
- Familiarity with SEO, AEO, GEO, or LLM-visibility strategies and tools is a strong advantage.
- Experience with social automation and marketing operations platforms such as Agorapulse, HubSpot, n8n, or similar tools is beneficial.
- B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or DevOps experience is an asset.
- Strong storytelling, communication, organizational, and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Data-literate and comfortable using performance insights to determine where to focus effort and how to improve marketing outcomes.
- Proactive, curious, adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment.
- Canada base salary range of CA$90,000–CA$115,000, with compensation determined based on market conditions, qualifications, experience, and role level.
- Employee stock options.
- Flexible working hours and a remote-friendly environment.
- Health benefits.
