This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Representante Comercial SP – Especialidade em Ultrassom based in Brazil.

As a Commercial Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales of ultrasound equipment across the state of São Paulo.
You will prospect new customers while building and strengthening relationships with an active portfolio, including strategic accounts.
The role combines commercial expertise with the ability to understand customer needs and present technical solutions effectively.
You will manage the sales cycle from negotiation through delivery, installation, and training when required.
Your work will directly contribute to expanding the product portfolio, increasing revenue, and strengthening market presence.
You will interact with healthcare organizations, public health institutions, and other key stakeholders across the medical imaging sector.

Accountabilities:
  • Prospect and develop new customers throughout the state of São Paulo, focusing on hospitals, clinics, laboratories, veterinary clinics, and public healthcare organizations.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with the existing customer portfolio, with particular attention to strategic accounts and long-term business opportunities.
  • Sell ultrasound equipment by presenting products accurately, understanding customer requirements, and recommending solutions that align with their technical and commercial needs.
  • Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals while balancing competitiveness, profitability, and sustainable business growth.
  • Expand the presence and adoption of the product portfolio across assigned accounts and identify opportunities for additional sales.
  • Follow the sales process through negotiation, order fulfillment, delivery, installation, and customer training when required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and provide relevant insights regarding market conditions, competitors, and customer credit.
  • Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, forecasts, and other commercial information to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient logistics, smooth order execution, and high-quality customer service.
  • Represent the organization at industry trade shows, healthcare conferences, congresses, and relevant commercial events.
  • Uphold professional standards and commercial guidelines while protecting the reputation and positioning of the business in the market.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in external sales, field sales, commercial representation, or a role involving regular customer visits.
  • Experience applying sales techniques and managing the full commercial cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive, execution-oriented, and communicative profile with a strong focus on results and customer needs.
  • Availability to travel extensively throughout the state of São Paulo.
  • Own vehicle and a valid driver's license (CNH).
  • Ability to work independently, organize visits and opportunities, and manage a geographically distributed customer portfolio.
  • A bachelor's degree in Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience selling medical or hospital equipment is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms and sales management tools is considered an advantage.
