Magnolia Heating and Cooling is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in diagnosing, servicing, maintaining, and repairing residential heating and cooling systems while delivering outstanding customer service. We are looking for a dependable, motivated professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and indoor air quality equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and service calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot system issues and recommend effective solutions to customers.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service at all times.
- Meet productivity and performance goals established by the company.
- Keep accurate service records and complete required documentation.
- Maintain truck stock, tools, and inventory according to company guidelines.
- Follow vehicle maintenance schedules and maintain a clean, organized service vehicle.
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and company policies.
- Minimum of 2 years of residential HVAC service experience.
- HVAC Journeyman License preferred.
- EPA/CFC Universal Certification required.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check.
