Pay
Grounds Crew: hourly role, $22–24/hour
Seasonal & Year-Round Opportunities
This role is seasonal for the summer. Winter opportunities may be available at Windham, with potential transitions to other teams depending on business needs.
Scheduling Expectations
Peak times include weekends, early mornings, and holidays. Weekend availability is required.

Job Responsibilities
The Grounds Maintenance team is responsible for keeping the golf course and surrounding property in top condition through daily maintenance and safe work practices.
- Mowing and maintaining various turf areas
- Raking bunkers and assisting with course setup
- Performing basic cart path and irrigation repairs
- Using landscaping equipment to maintain grounds, walkways, and parking areas
- Supporting plant protectant applications
- Assisting with other tasks as needed

Driving & Certifications
Must hold a valid driver’s license and successfully pass both a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) check in accordance with Windham Mountain Club’s insurance policy guidelines.

Requirements:Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous groundskeeping experience preferred.
- Basic understanding of the game of golf, or willingness to learn.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Must be comfortable using power tools and lawn equipment, including tractors.
- Able to understand and follow written and verbal directions thoroughly and accurately.
- Must be comfortable interacting with both staff and guests in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Willingness to work in a variety of outdoor environments, including adverse weather.
- Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and/or pull objects up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl regularly and remain standing for an entire work shift.
