In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by engaging with both prospective and existing customers through consultative and solution-oriented selling. You will manage the full inside sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing opportunities and maintaining long-term customer relationships. Operating in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, you will act as a key point of contact for clients across various communication channels, including phone, email, and virtual meetings. The role requires strong pipeline management skills, disciplined forecasting, and accurate CRM usage to support business performance. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and external sales teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. This position is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives on achieving goals and delivering excellent customer experiences.
In this role, you will manage the full inside sales process while actively building and nurturing a strong pipeline of opportunities. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, qualifying leads, conducting sales conversations, and converting opportunities into revenue while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prospect and generate new sales leads through cold outreach, email campaigns, social selling, and networking
- Qualify leads, assess customer needs, and provide tailored product or material solutions
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations via phone or video calls
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Manage the full sales pipeline, including forecasting, tracking, and updating CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Collaborate with marketing, product management, and outside sales teams to maximize revenue opportunities
- Meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and performance goals
- Provide post-sales support and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
- 2–5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, inside sales, or customer service
- Experience in manufacturing, packaging, raw materials, or related industrial markets is a plus
- Strong understanding of the sales process and pipeline management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills
- Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization abilities
- Analytical mindset with ability to track performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth
