Job Description

Implementation Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Implementation Manager in United States.

This role sits at the intersection of customer success, technical delivery, and scientific operations within a fast-moving, data-heavy biotech environment. You will be the first dedicated Implementation Manager, shaping how customers experience onboarding and deployment from the ground up. The work involves translating complex bioprocess and laboratory workflows into a functional, production-ready platform configuration. You will collaborate closely with scientists, IT teams, and engineers to ensure seamless integrations across fragmented data systems. Beyond go-live, you will remain a key partner to customers, ensuring adoption, value realization, and long-term expansion. This is a high-ownership role in a builder-oriented environment where speed, rigor, and customer impact matter deeply.

Accountabilities:

You will be responsible for leading end-to-end customer implementations and ensuring successful adoption of the platform in complex scientific environments.

  • Own the full implementation lifecycle from kickoff through go-live, including scoping, planning, execution, and quality assurance
  • Lead discovery and requirements workshops with scientific and IT stakeholders, translating bioprocess workflows into platform configurations
  • Partner with engineering teams to design and support integrations across APIs, data systems, and infrastructure components
  • Drive testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and onboarding to ensure smooth customer transitions
  • Manage live customer relationships post-launch, tracking adoption, usage health, and renewal readiness
  • Conduct business reviews that connect platform usage to customer scientific and manufacturing outcomes
  • Serve as the primary customer advocate, feeding insights back into Product and Engineering roadmaps
Requirements:

You will bring a strong blend of customer-facing implementation experience and technical fluency in data-heavy or regulated environments.

  • 5–7 years of experience in implementation, customer success, solutions engineering, or account management in B2B SaaS
  • Experience in scientific, biotech, manufacturing, or regulated industry SaaS (e.g., bioprocess, LIMS, lab informatics, or similar systems)
  • Strong technical understanding of APIs, data models, cloud infrastructure, and complex data integrations
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end, multi-stakeholder implementation projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field
  • Ability to quickly learn domain-specific scientific workflows and translate them into technical solutions
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills in complex environments
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary with meaningful equity participation
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage
  • Fully remote work model across US and European time zones
  • Unlimited paid time off (PTO)
  • Regular team off-sites and in-person collaboration opportunities
  • Opportunity to join a high-impact, early-stage team shaping product and customer success foundations.
