This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Azure Native Architect - M365/SharePoint in India.
This role is focused on designing and delivering advanced Microsoft 365 and Azure-based modern workplace solutions for enterprise clients.
You will lead complex tenant-to-tenant migrations and architect scalable, secure, and efficient cloud environments across M365 services.
The position requires deep expertise in Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Intune within large-scale transformation programs.
You will also contribute to solution design, estimation models, and pre-sales engagements supporting business growth.
Working in a fast-paced consulting environment, you will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical architectures.
This is a hands-on architectural role combining strategy, delivery leadership, and technical excellence in modern workplace transformation projects.
The role operates on a 2nd shift schedule (evenings after 1800 IST, 4–5 hours daily), supporting global client needs.
- Lead end-to-end Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant split and migration projects, ensuring smooth execution with minimal business disruption across enterprise environments.
- Architect, design, and implement solutions across Microsoft 365 services including Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and Intune.
- Manage migrations across core workloads such as OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange, ensuring performance, security, and compliance standards are met.
- Provide solution design and optimization using Power Platform tools including Power Automate and Power Apps to improve business workflows.
- Deliver pre-sales support including client presentations, RFP responses, effort estimation models, and solution proposals.
- Oversee Microsoft 365 administration, configuration, and optimization, including Copilot enablement and identity management.
- Maintain detailed technical documentation covering architecture, migration processes, and configuration standards.
Requirements:
- 8–12 years of experience in Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace technologies with strong exposure to enterprise-scale environments.
- Hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, and Copilot.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), including identity and access management.
- Proven experience in tenant-to-tenant migrations and complex enterprise transformation projects.
- Experience with Power Platform solutions including Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Ability to design cost estimation and effort models for Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Exposure to pre-sales, client engagement, and solution architecture discussions.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications or Azure certifications are considered an advantage.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
