This role sits at the intersection of data, healthcare economics, and commercial strategy, transforming complex clinical and utilization data into clear, compelling insights that demonstrate measurable value for enterprise clients. You will play a key role in shaping how customer impact and ROI are communicated, partnering closely with Customer Success, Sales, and senior leadership teams. Operating in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, you will develop insights strategies, build executive-level narratives, and support high-stakes commercial conversations. The position requires strong analytical depth, storytelling ability, and comfort working with multi-source datasets such as claims and product usage data. You will also contribute to the evolution of global reporting frameworks and continuously improve how insights are generated and delivered. This is a highly visible role for someone who enjoys combining analytics, strategy, and client-facing influence to drive business impact.
- Develop and execute a customer insights strategy leveraging advanced analytics and AI-driven tools to improve speed, scalability, and quality of insights.
- Translate complex clinical, product, and health economic data into compelling ROI narratives for client-facing and executive presentations.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on member behavior, utilization patterns, and program performance to generate actionable business insights.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and cross-functional teams to strengthen client value stories and commercial positioning.
- Own and enhance recurring global reporting packages delivered to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support senior leadership by surfacing strategic opportunities and informing key business priorities through data-driven insights.
- Partner across functions to continuously improve analytical frameworks, methodologies, and storytelling approaches.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative, analytical, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in customer insights, commercial analytics, consulting, or similar data-driven business roles.
- Strong experience working with SQL and Python for end-to-end data analysis and insight generation.
- Proven ability to translate complex datasets into clear, executive-ready narratives and ROI-focused storytelling.
- Experience working in client-facing or business strategy environments with strong stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance analytical workflows and productivity.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive compensation ranging from approximately $128,341 to $201,679, including base, variable, and equity components.
