This role is centered on leading and coordinating complex, large-scale projects within a technology-driven healthcare environment focused on improving public health outcomes. You will be responsible for guiding cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Acting as a key point of coordination between clients, leadership, and delivery teams, you will translate strategic program goals into structured, executable plans. The position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and efficiency. You will also play a critical role in risk management, stakeholder engagement, and performance tracking across initiatives. This is a high-impact role where your work directly contributes to the successful delivery of mission-critical healthcare systems and services.
- Lead and coordinate large-scale project teams by structuring complex programs into clear, manageable project plans and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, scopes, and milestones to ensure successful execution across all phases.
- Oversee project staffing, task assignment, and performance tracking to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and leadership to provide updates, metrics, and project status reports.
- Identify risks, escalate issues promptly, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Support proposal development, statements of work (SOW), and business development initiatives.
- Translate program objectives into actionable project plans that align with organizational goals and client expectations.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering capability development and operational excellence.
- 10+ years of experience managing complex projects or programs through full project lifecycle delivery.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credential required.
- Experience in healthcare programs, ideally Medicaid, Medicare, or human services systems.
- Familiarity with integrated eligibility systems, MMIS platforms, or similar government healthcare solutions.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and project financial management.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage both direct and indirect stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-making.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with experience using project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to mentor and develop junior team members in a structured environment.
- Ability to work remotely within the United States, with limited travel as required.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $86,000 to $124,000, based on experience and location.
