Position Summary
The Marketing Operations Specialist will own the day-to-day execution of marketing systems, lead generation, content production, and vendor management. This is a hands-on, multi disciplinary role for a self-directed operator who brings both technical depth and strong execution skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the HubSpot environment, including building workflows, running email marketing campaigns, managing lead generation, and pulling regular performance reports
- Own WordPress site administration, including content publishing, layout edits, integrations, plugin updates, and ongoing upkeep
- Execute and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive qualified lead generation
- Develop and execute SEO, AEO, and GEO strategy to drive organic visibility across traditional and AI-driven search
- Produce content across email, LinkedIn, blog, landing pages, and website as needed
- Create supporting visual assets in Canva for marketing campaigns, social, and email
- Manage relationships with external marketing vendors and partners, including paid media, content, and creative
- Conduct competitive research and produce reporting to inform marketing strategy and positioning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 3–5 years of progressive marketing experience with hands-on responsibility across digital marketing channels
- Proficiency in HubSpot, including workflow building, email marketing, list management, and reporting
- Proficiency in WordPress, including content management, page edits, and plugin/integration management
- Demonstrated experience managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable lead generation results
- Strong working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and emerging AEO/GEO best practices
- Proficiency in Canva or equivalent design tools
- Demonstrated LinkedIn marketing experience
- Proven track record of driving qualified leads through digital marketing channels
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with marketing data and reporting tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and vendor relationships independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Industry experience in healthcare technology, electronic health records (EHR), or ophthalmology software is strongly preferred
