This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Demand Generation Lead based in India.
This is a senior, data-driven marketing role focused on building and optimizing the full demand generation engine across global B2B audiences. You will own the systems, workflows, and intelligence that drive lead acquisition, nurturing, scoring, and conversion into revenue. The role sits at the intersection of marketing operations, growth strategy, and analytics, with responsibility for connecting campaign activity directly to pipeline performance. You will collaborate closely with content, brand, ABM, and sales teams to ensure alignment across the entire customer journey. Operating in a fast-paced, remote-first global environment, you will play a key role in shaping how marketing performance is measured, optimized, and scaled. This is a high-impact position where operational excellence and analytical thinking directly influence commercial outcomes.
- Own and optimize end-to-end demand generation systems including email nurture programs, segmentation, sequencing, and conversion workflows across global audiences.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve CRM operations (HubSpot, Salesforce or equivalent), including lifecycle management, data hygiene, and pipeline structure.
- Build and maintain lead scoring and account scoring models aligned with ICP definitions and real-time buying intent signals.
- Manage intent data, enrichment tools, and targeting intelligence to identify in-market accounts and support prioritization for sales and ABM teams.
- Develop performance dashboards and attribution models to connect marketing activity to pipeline generation and revenue impact.
- Oversee website tracking, event tagging, and conversion rate optimization initiatives to improve funnel performance.
- Create and maintain sales enablement assets such as outreach sequences, ABM playbooks, and campaign support materials.
- Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on marketing and funnel data to continuously improve performance.
- 5 plus years of experience in B2B demand generation, marketing operations, or growth roles with ownership of CRM and nurture programs.
- Strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce, including segmentation, workflows, and lifecycle management.
- Proven experience working with marketing automation, lead scoring models, and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in GA4, BI tools such as Looker or Power BI, and multi-touch attribution frameworks.
- Experience with intent data platforms, data enrichment tools, and building ICP/TAL targeting strategies.
- Knowledge of website analytics, tagging infrastructure, and conversion rate optimization practices.
- Excellent copywriting skills for conversion-focused emails and sales enablement content.
- Strong collaboration skills with sales, ABM, and cross-functional marketing teams in global environments.
- Ability to work independently in remote, async-first environments with strong organizational discipline.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools for content creation and marketing analysis, with strong judgment on human oversight.
