This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an HR Analyst based in India.
In this role, you will be part of a high-performing HR Shared Services environment, delivering accurate, timely, and customer-focused HR transactional support across multiple business units. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth end-to-end HR operations by managing employee data, resolving HR queries, and supporting core hire-to-retire processes. The position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment. You will collaborate with internal HR teams and global stakeholders to continuously improve service quality and operational efficiency. This is a highly process-oriented role where consistency, accuracy, and customer experience are essential. You will also contribute to process improvements and data-driven insights that enhance overall HR service delivery.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering efficient HR transactional and administrative support while ensuring compliance with SLAs, data accuracy, and service excellence across HR operations.
- Provide accurate and timely HR transactional services across hire-to-retire processes, ensuring proper data management within HR systems.
- Manage HR case requests using service management tools, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to SLA and KPI targets.
- Maintain and update employee data in HRIS platforms, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and confidentiality standards.
- Prioritize daily workloads and execute tasks efficiently in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and contributing to workflow optimization.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent service delivery and a strong customer-first approach.
The ideal candidate brings strong HR operations experience, analytical thinking, and the ability to thrive in a structured, high-volume shared services environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4+ years of experience in HR operations, HR shared services, or HR data administration roles.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday, and managing employee data in large-scale environments.
- Strong understanding of hire-to-retire HR processes and service delivery frameworks.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with flexibility across time zones.
