  • Ensure high availability, performance, and security of enterprise systems supporting critical business functions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5–7+ years of experience in systems engineering or infrastructure engineering within medium to large enterprise environments.
  • Strong expertise in Linux administration, with deep knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) systems.
  • Hands-on experience supporting large-scale environments (hundreds to thousands of hosts).
  • Solid understanding of container platforms such as Kubernetes and virtualized environments such as Proxmox.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong scripting and automation skills using tools such as Bash, Ansible, Terraform, GitHub, Jenkins, and PowerShell.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise security principles, including IAM, authentication/authorization, SSH, certificates, encryption (KMS), and compliance frameworks (CIS, SOX, PCI).
  • Experience supporting enterprise application stacks such as Apache, Tomcat, messaging systems, Spring Boot, proxies, and bastion hosts.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills in complex distributed systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Leadership mindset with experience mentoring junior engineers and contributing to technical direction.
