  • Enable self-service analytics by supporting stakeholders in using dashboards and reporting tools effectively
  • Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Promote a culture of experimentation, curiosity, and evidence-based decision-making
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, or a related field
  • Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with modern analytics tools (e.g., dbt, Amplitude, Metabase, or similar)
  • Experience supporting experimentation and A/B testing initiatives in a product environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a track record of turning data into insights
  • Experience building dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and accessible way
  • Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams in a SaaS environment
  • Familiarity with cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and behavioral analytics
  • Solid understanding of statistics and experimentation methodologies
  • Strong collaboration skills in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
  • Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement
  • Creative and innovative thinking when approaching complex data problems
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $115,000 – $123,000 USD annually, based on experience
  • Equity opportunities as part of the total compensation package
  • Remote work flexibility within the United States
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance (where applicable)
  • Paid time off and company holidays
  • Access to modern analytics tools and a data-driven product environment
  • Opportunities for professional development and continuous learning
  • Inclusive and collaborative work culture that values experimentation and innovation.
