About the Role:

The General Manager will serve as the key leader responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the company within the management of companies and enterprises sector. This role demands strategic oversight of project sales, cost control, and profitability to ensure sustainable business growth and financial health. The General Manager will lead cross-functional teams, fostering a high-performance culture that aligns with corporate objectives and customer satisfaction standards. They will be accountable for managing food and beverage operations, optimizing food costs, and driving corporate sales initiatives to maximize revenue streams. Ultimately, the General Manager will ensure that all departments operate cohesively to deliver exceptional service while maintaining strict adherence to budgetary and quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role within the hospitality or food and beverage industry.
  • Proven track record in people management and leading diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project sales and corporate sales strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of cost control practices and P&L management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Experience managing operations within a multi-unit or enterprise-level organization.
  • Familiarity with advanced financial modeling and forecasting tools.
  • Certification in hospitality management or project management (e.g., PMP).
  • Experience with technology-driven sales and operational platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage daily operations across multiple departments including hospitality, food and beverage, and corporate sales to achieve business goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive project sales and expand market presence.
  • Oversee cost control measures, including food costs and overall P&L management, to maximize profitability.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff to build a motivated and efficient team focused on delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to set performance targets, monitor key metrics, and adjust operational strategies accordingly.

Skills:

The General Manager will utilize people management skills daily to inspire and guide teams toward achieving operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Project sales and corporate sales expertise will be critical in developing and executing strategies that increase revenue and market share.
