Loan Servicing Specialist I - Collateral in Lowell, Massachusetts at Rockland Federal Credit Union

Rockland Federal Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Servicing Specialist I – Collateral to support the administration and tracking of collateral documentation for our loan portfolio. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing collateral-related transactions, and ensuring documentation is complete, compliant, and audit-ready.

• Maintain and track collateral documentation, including vehicle titles, deeds, mortgage notes, and lien records.
• Review collateral documents for accuracy and completeness and ensure timely processing.
• Process lien releases, title updates, duplicate title requests, and collateral releases.
• Update collateral tracking systems and maintain organized electronic and physical records.
• Coordinate with internal departments, members, vendors, and state agencies regarding collateral documentation.
• Support lease loan collateral administration and related recordkeeping activities.
• Respond to member and internal inquiries related to collateral and loan servicing.
• Assist with reporting, quality control reviews, and other departmental responsibilities as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of experience in loan servicing, title processing, operations, or financial services preferred.
• Knowledge of collateral documentation, titles, liens, and related processes is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience working with loan servicing or document management systems preferred.

In alignment with our commitment to pay transparency, we're pleased to share that the base hourly range for this position is $22.50 - $23.50 per hour, excluding fringe benefits or potential incentives. If you're hired at Rockland Federal Credit Union, your final base pay will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and experience. Please note that the range provided reflects the full base pay for this role.
