Senior Product Manager, Customer Insights

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Customer Insights based in the United States.

As a Senior Product Manager, Customer Insights, you will lead the strategy, development, and evolution of a critical analytics and insights product area serving enterprise customers. This role combines product leadership, data strategy, and AI innovation to transform complex usage data into meaningful narratives that demonstrate business value and support customer growth. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, data, design, sales, and customer-facing teams to build scalable insights experiences. The position offers significant ownership across data infrastructure, customer-facing reporting solutions, and emerging AI-powered capabilities. Accountabilities:
  • Own the Customer Insights product area end-to-end, including strategy, roadmap development, prioritization, and execution across data foundations and customer-facing experiences.
  • Define and evolve the underlying usage data architecture, ensuring data quality, scalability, and alignment with business metrics that support customer retention, growth, and value measurement.
  • Design and enhance reporting, analytics, dashboards, audit logs, and API experiences that deliver actionable insights to enterprise administrators, executives, and internal teams.
  • Drive the vision and implementation of AI-powered insights capabilities, including natural language interactions, proactive analytics, and intelligent workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to translate product insights into compelling customer narratives that support renewals and expansion opportunities.
  • Engage directly with enterprise stakeholders to understand needs, validate priorities, and ensure solutions meet governance, compliance, and operational requirements.
  • Partner with adjacent product teams to create seamless experiences across administration, identity management, security, and compliance domains.
  • Transform complex and ambiguous business questions into scalable, user-centric product solutions.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years building analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or data-driven products for administrative or business users.
  • Strong expertise in data products, including experience with data modeling, instrumentation strategies, metrics design, data pipelines, and analytical frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with engineering and data teams while balancing technical considerations such as aggregation, data freshness, granularity, and scalability.
  • Experience developing or contributing to AI-enabled products, with a strong understanding of emerging trends in AI-native user experiences and intelligent analytics.
  • Proven success translating complex business needs into intuitive and impactful product experiences.
  • Experience partnering with customer-facing teams to support customer engagement, retention, and growth initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and navigate ambiguity with confidence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building enterprise administration, governance, identity management, security, compliance, or audit-related products.
  • Background in business intelligence platforms, analytics solutions, or data-focused products.
  • Experience designing customer-facing APIs for analytics, reporting, or data access use cases.
