Managed Bill Review - Senior Product Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Managed Bill Review – Senior Product Manager based in the United States.

This is a senior, high-impact product leadership role focused on shaping and scaling a technology-enabled managed bill review platform for enterprise legal and finance organizations. You will own the end-to-end product vision, defining how AI and automation can meaningfully enhance document-heavy legal billing workflows while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and client configurability. The role sits at the intersection of enterprise SaaS, legal operations, and applied AI, with responsibility for both strategic direction and hands-on execution. You will work closely with engineering, design, domain experts, and large enterprise clients to translate complex operational needs into scalable product capabilities. This is a highly cross-functional environment where clarity of communication, product thinking, and execution rigor are essential. You will also act as a key voice in how AI is responsibly embedded into real-world enterprise workflows. The role is fully remote and globally distributed, requiring strong collaboration across time zones and disciplines.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and evolve the product strategy and roadmap for managed bill review capabilities, including core workflows, reporting, and integrated enterprise features.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities where AI-driven solutions (e.g., document intelligence, anomaly detection, workflow automation) can improve accuracy, efficiency, and client outcomes.
  • Translate complex business and client requirements into clear product specifications, including epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans.
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality product features aligned with enterprise-grade expectations.
  • Define success metrics and continuously track product performance, adoption, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction outcomes.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement across clients, executives, and internal teams, ensuring alignment on roadmap priorities and product direction.
  • Drive agile execution across a distributed team, ensuring predictable delivery while maintaining flexibility for evolving client needs.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of Product Management experience in B2B enterprise software, ideally within legal tech, finance, or complex workflow platforms.
  • Proven experience delivering products for large enterprise customers, including Fortune 1000 environments with configurable deployment needs.
  • Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap planning, and translating vision into detailed execution artifacts.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled product concepts such as generative AI assistants, RAG, intelligent document processing, and workflow automation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs, measuring impact, and iterating based on insights.
  • Experience leading distributed, cross-functional teams in agile environments with strong execution discipline.
  • Bonus: familiarity with legal billing, matter management, ERP finance systems, or enterprise SaaS platform product management.
  • Bonus: experience using modern product and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and AI productivity tools.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation aligned with senior-level enterprise product roles.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.
  • Flexible remote-first work model across global time zones.
  • Generous paid time off and holiday policies supporting work-life balance.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer contribution options.
  • Performance-based incentives, including bonuses and potential equity participation.
  • Professional development support and opportunities for continuous learning.
  • Collaborative, high-autonomy environment focused on innovation and impact in enterprise legal technology.
