About This Position
Responsibilities
*Ensure consistent and quality customer experience by executing brand beverage recipes and techniques, resolving customer relations issues, and leading the team in delivering the Scooter's "Amazing" customer service experience
*Maintain speed of service standards during high-volume periods by remaining calm, managing an efficient team workflow, anticipating customer needs, and utilizing downtime to prepare for the next rush
*Demonstrate punctuality, dependability and adaptability
*Assist the Store Manager with training new team members
*Serve as a keyholder, opening or closing store
*Understand and execute cash handling, point of sale system, and operational procedures in an accurate, consistent manner
*Proactively seek opportunities to increase sales
