Job Summary
Program: #IChampionHealth is community-engaged initiative supporting health for all in Lexington, KY, with a focus on mental health and substance use prevention among underserved, marginalized, and vulnerable populations. Programming focuses on community health champions development programs for adults and youth, education for 4th through 12th grade students, culturally relevant media campaigns, and community outreach events.

Position Description: This position supports the program coordinator and director with the implementation of all #IChampionHealth efforts. Duties include: supporting community coalition and partner building; assisting with the development, creation, and facilitation of programming, outputs, and other daily operations; documenting project tasks and outcomes; engaging in data collection and analysis related to program and partner data as applicable; aiding the creation of internal and external reports.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Teams); Adobe Creative, Canva or similar programs; Qualtrics, REDCap or other online survey software; Stata, SPSS, or SAS,

Online project management software

Preferred Education/Experience
Degree in Public Health, Health Promotion, social/behavioral sciences, or related field preferred; Project implementation and research experience preferred; Ability to read/write/speak Spanish a plus
