Convenience Store Maintenance Technician at Max Arnold and Sons, LLC – Hopkinsville, Kentucky

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain the store parking lot by:

• sweeping lot daily, treating oil stains on lot
• Change oil filters
• Change air filters
• Change light bulbs as needed

Maintain store landscape by:

• picking up trash and liter in the landscape
• pulling weeds
• mowing grass

Maintain islands by:

• emptying garbage cans and replacing trash bags
• changing window washing fluid
• ensuring squeegees and paper towels are at each bay
• ensuring the gas pumps are clean and all signage is readable and neat
• ensure the gas islands are free of trash
• ensure air and water services are available and in good working condition

Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or GED is preferred.

Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.

This job requires repeated bending, standing, reaching and lifting.
