About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Medical Assistant to join our team in the Health Care Services industry. As a Medical Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our medical staff. Your primary role will be to assist with patient exams, take vital signs, draw blood, process specimens, sterilize medical instruments, and answer phones. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and attention.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Certificate or diploma in Medical Assisting preferred
• Experience with phlebotomy and specimen processing
• Knowledge of medical instruments and sterilization techniques
• Ability to take accurate vital signs and record patient information
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a Nurse Practitioner's office
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Proficient in electronic medical record systems

Responsibilities:

• Assist medical staff with patient exams and procedures
