Responsibilities:

• Coordinates day-to-day operations of HSO Center. Continually assesses current workflows in the front and clinical areas, evaluating effectiveness and making recommendations to improve processes for more efficient operations.
• Supports and upholds established policies, procedures, objectives, quality improvement, safety, environmental and infection control, and codes and requirements of accreditation and regulatory agencies.
• Responsible for day-to-day supervision of HSO office staff, including orientation of team members; coaches staff and recommends additional training as necessary.
• Works in collaboration with the office leadership team, encouraging both provider and staff participation in continuous improvement activities such as, Meaningful Use, Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH), Patient Satisfaction, and Operational Dashboards, etc.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 3-5 years experience
• Previous Healthcare/Practice Management experience preferred
