Facility Cleaner in Arlington, Virginia at SkyChefs

Employees working in the dish room are responsible for maintaining all equipment, including cleaning and sanitizing dishes and kitchen equipment. Duties also include sorting dishes and equipment according to established specifications and operational needs.

• Must be willing to work in a fastpaced, timesensitive, and highstress environment
• Must be flexible and able to respond to changing priorities
• Must comply with all company work rules and regulations
• Must be able to lift and carry 50+ lbs
• Must be able to push and pull 50+ lbs for up to 500 feet
• Must be able to stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during shifts of 8+ hours
• Must be able to walk, stoop, bend, and stand for the entire work shift
• Must be able to use hands and fingers to handle equipment

Employees must be able to:

• Work assigned schedules, including weekends, and holidays
• Work overtime as required
• Pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required
• Complete a preemployment audiogram

• Exposure to varying temperatures (hot and cold) and high noise levels
• Position requires continuous physical activity, including walking, heavy lifting, and pushing 50+ lbs
• Must be able to work around moving machinery and wet floors
• Regularly stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts lasting 8+ hours
