Bilingual Scheduling Administrator – Residential RoofingStarting Pay: $24/hourFull-Time | Non-ExemptReports To: Construction Manager

Growing residential re-roofing company seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Scheduling Administrator with construction scheduling experience.

This position manages daily scheduling of roofing projects, coordinates crews and materials, and ensures on-time job completion using SmartSheets.

ResponsibilitiesMaintain master roofing schedule in SmartSheets

Coordinate labor crews, materials, and equipment

Assign daily job tasks and monitor deadlines

Track project progress and update schedules

Communicate scheduling updates with project managers, field staff, subcontractors, and homeowners

Resolve scheduling conflicts (weather, material delays, customer requests)

Maintain change orders and scheduling documentation

Generate scheduling and project status reports

Improve scheduling workflows and system efficiency

RequirementsBilingual English/Spanish (Required)

Experience in construction scheduling or roofing operations preferred

Proficient in SmartSheets or project management software

Strong organizational and administrative skills

Ability to manage multiple active construction projects

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Microsoft Office proficiency

High School Diploma required
