Training Operator at PTI Georgia LLC – Royston, Georgia

• Ensure all operators are trained on SOPs, work instructions, safety procedures, and GMP standards before performing tasks independently
• Facilitate hands-on, on-the-floor training and qualification of operators
• Partner with Production Supervisors to assess skill levels and identify training needs
• Maintain accurate training records and ensure all operator certifications are current
• Support cross-training initiatives to improve workforce flexibility and coverage
• Retrain operators as needed due to deviations, CAPAs, or process changes
• Monitor operator performance and provide coaching to reinforce proper procedures
• Ensure training effectiveness through observation, testing, and qualification sign-offs
• Support audit readiness by ensuring all operator training documentation is complete and compliant

Experience in a manufacturing environment (GMP experience is a must)

Hands-on production experience or experience training operators

Strong understanding of SOPs, safety, and quality standards

Ability to train, coach, and communicate effectively with frontline employees

Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy

Ability to work on the production floor in a fast-paced environment
