Registered Nurse (RN) / Supervising Professional - Full-Time at Pro-Health Care Inc – COLUMBIA HEIGHTS, Minnesota

Pro-Health Care, a leading home care agency located in Columbia Heights, is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to fill a full-time Supervising Professional position. This position is ideal for an RN passionate about making a difference in the community by empower individuals to live independently in their homes and communities.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor with the client/responsible party a plan of care based on the service delivery plan
• Train and orient CFSS support workers
• Supervise, observe, and evaluate worker competency
• Provide nursing services as directed by the agency
• Oversee health-related procedures and safety compliance
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, logs, and documentation
• Participate in internal audits, quality improvement initiatives, and compliance reviews

Qualifications:

• A current, unrestricted RN license in Minnesota is required
• Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience in home care, disability services, or community health settings required
• Ability to travel within the Twin Cities metro with a valid driver's license and a reliable personal transportation with current automobile insurance coverage
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organization skills
• Experienced in dealing with clients of various cultural backgrounds
• Self-motivated and diligent
