We are looking for motivated horticulturists to join our field team. Here, every day is different: you contribute directly to creating, maintaining, and enhancing green spaces that make a real difference in the landscape 🌳

Status: Full-time, Summer 2026 Season + possibility of permanent employment
Location: LaSalle, QC 📍
Schedule: Shift starts at 6:30 a.m.
Start date: As soon as possible

🌱 You will participate in the transformation and maintenance of clean, well-maintained outdoor spaces:

• Plant flowers, shrubs, and seasonal plants 🌸
• Rebuild and structure flower beds (soil, mulch, aesthetic finishing)
• Weed manually or using ecological methods (e.g., vinegar)
• Use the essential tools of the trade 🛠️:
  • String trimmer
  • Hedge trimmer
  • Leaf blower
• Ensure the cleanliness and visual quality of sites
• Work as part of a team to deliver efficient and high-quality work
• Perform various related tasks depending on the job sites

What we are looking for 👀

• DEP in horticulture, landscaping, or a related field (preferred)
• Good knowledge of landscaping and horticulture
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure
• Comfortable with computers and mobile applications
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong team spirit 🌿

You must be able to:
