Position Summary

The Permit Administrator is responsible for managing, submitting, tracking, and maintaining all permits related to traffic control, lane closures, right-of-way access, and traffic control plans. This role coordinates with internal teams, municipalities, DOTs, utilities, and clients to ensure compliance and uninterrupted operations.

Key Responsibilities

Permitting & Compliance

• - Prepare, submit, and track all traffic control and right-of-way permits
• - Monitor permit expirations, renewals, and revisions

Coordination & Communication

• - Act as liaison between municipalities, DOTs, utilities, and internal teams
• - Communicate permit status, risks, and delays proactively

Documentation & Reporting

• - Maintain accurate digital permit records
• - Track permit fees and support audits

Required Qualifications

• - 2+ years experience in permitting, traffic control, or construction administration
• - Strong organizational and communication skills
• - 3+ years' experience using Project Management applications
• - Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications

• - Experience in traffic control or civil infrastructure
• - Proficient with HubSpot CRM
