Position Overview The Barista at A Ma Maniere delivers a refined, dual-experience beverage program—seamlessly transitioning from elevated coffee service to crafted cocktails and lounge offerings. This role blends technical precision with polished hospitality, creating intentional moments from morning café to evening bar.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare espresso, coffee, and specialty café beverages with precision and consistency

· Craft classic and signature cocktails, wine, and other alcoholic beverages to brand standards

· Maintain a clean, organized, and visually elevated barista/bar station

· Provide warm, knowledgeable, and polished guest interactions across all service styles

· Guide guests through both coffee and cocktail menus with confidence and attention to detail

· Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation for all beverages

· Monitor responsible alcohol service and follow all compliance and ID verification standards

· Support transitions between café, bar, and lounge service throughout the day

· Assist with inventory, prep, and opening/closing duties

Qualifications

· 2+ years of experience in specialty coffee, bartending, or upscale hospitality

· Strong knowledge of espresso equipment and cocktail preparation techniques

· Familiarity with wine, spirits, and classic cocktail builds

· Elevated service style with excellent communication skills

· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment

· Flexible availability (including evenings and weekends)
