• Handle family law cases in Spanish
• Communicate directly with clients—no translator needed
• Explain legal strategy clearly in both English and Spanish

What You’ll Do

• Manage your own caseload with strategy and ownership
• Represent clients in hearings, mediation, and trial
• Help families navigate high-stakes, emotional decisions
• Negotiate when possible, litigate when necessary
• Apply the Texas Family Code with confidence
• Be part of a team that works together, not in silos

What You Bring

• 3+ years of contested family law experience
• Active Texas Bar license
• Strong communication and courtroom presence

Highly Preferred:

• Fluent Spanish (spoken and written)
• Experience handling family law cases in Spanish

Compensation

$170,000 OTE

Higher compensation available for attorneys who are fully bilingual and have experience representing Spanish-speaking clients
