KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Guest Service Superstar: You bring the warm vibes and top-tier service that make guests feel right at home. Whether its a quick question or a big request, youre all about making their stay unforgettable.
• Communication Champ: You know how to get the message acrossclearly, confidently, and with a smile. Whether its chatting with guests or coordinating with the team, you keep things flowing smoothly.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.

The Dagny Boston is a new independent hotel in downtown Boston at 89 Broad Street. Designed as Bostons first Art Deco skyscraper, The Dagny Boston occupies the former Batterymarch Building, fresh from a $39 million renovation across 403 guest rooms and 7,000 square ft of flexible meeting and event space. The hotel features two onsite restaurants, Fin Point Oyster Bar & Grill and Tradesman Coffee Shop & Lounge, as well as a state-of-the-art fitness center featuring Technogym and Peloton equipment.
