Production Operator in Newton, New Hampshire at STREAMLINE GLASS

Please note: the salary range is based on a 40-hour work week and doesn't include overtime (OT), which we may offer. This is an HOURLY position.

Streamline Glass is a fast-growing, privately owned glass manufacturing company in Newton, NH. We produce and deliver custom shower doors and frameless entrances for the New England market using advanced automation and state-of-the-art machinery. Our high-tech production is paired with delivering top-quality products, fast turnaround, and excellent customer service.

We are seeking a Production Operator to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you’ll oversee advanced machinery, ensure seamless production flows, and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety. Working alongside management and technical teams, you’ll support new equipment integration, troubleshoot issues, and keep our automated systems running at peak efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operating and monitoring automated machinery
• Maintaining streamlined production workflows and enforcing quality standards
• Assisting in setup and optimization of new equipment and processes
• Conducting required quality checks and inspections
• Troubleshooting and performing minor maintenance to keep systems running smoothly
• Applying Diamon-Fusion® coating to glass products

• Proficient technical skills; comfortability with technology and automated systems

• Experience in the manufacturing industry or a warehouse environment
• CNC experience is valued, though not a requirement
• Ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials
• Experience with safety protocols, collaborating effectively, and communicating clearly within dynamic, team-oriented environments
• Prior experience in the glass industry is a plus but not required
