Forklift Operator and Warehouse Associate

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate forklifts to move, load, and unload bundled pallets safely and efficiently

- Build sturdy crates around pallets of finished products to ensure secure shipping and storage

- Prepare pallets for shipment, including stacking and wrapping as needed

- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment

- Assist with inventory management and stock organization

- Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or shipping environment

- Ability to build crates and secure pallets for transport

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects

- Knowledge of safety procedures related to forklift operation and warehouse work

- Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions

- Open to other jobs as we cross train all associates
