SCHEDULE:

• 20-30 hours per week
• Evening Shift
• Weekends as needed

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 1 year of experience is required as a Dental Administrator/Administrative Assistant
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
• Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Knowledge of medical terminology to effectively communicate with patients and staff
• Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize duties efficiently
• Familiarity with front desk operations, including managing phone systems
