Client Lead

Job Summary:

Healio Strategic Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Lead to oversee a wide range of program development from concept through completion. The Client Lead will play a key role in delivering successful and varied programs, including digital, print, and live formats. This position involves managing multiple projects, client relationships, and ensuring high-quality execution across all stages of program development.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute diverse programs across digital, print, and live formats, ensuring successful delivery from initial concept through to completion.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects, ensuring deadlines and departmental needs are met efficiently.
  • Collaborate with external clients to define program goals and objectives, providing regular updates and managing client expectations throughout the process.
  • Coordinate and adjust production schedules to accommodate shifting deadlines and changes in scope, keeping both clients and internal teams informed of any potential delays.
  • Facilitate and participate in client and internal meetings, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Oversee the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) submission process for all programs, ensuring compliance and timely approvals.
  • Maintain clear, professional, and regular communication with both internal teams and clients, ensuring smooth project progression.
  • Handle the coordination and reporting for digital programs, including aggregate and physician-level data.
  • Utilize video capture technology for recording interviews, webinars, and other content for assigned programs.
  • Conduct research on relevant topics to ensure high-quality content for assigned programs.
  • Ensure adherence to department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Design teams to execute cohesive marketing campaigns that align with program objectives.
  • Manage program budgets, ensuring projects stay within financial parameters while meeting client expectations.
  • Foster strong, ongoing relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal staff to ensure continued collaboration and success.
  • Collaborate with the Delivery Team to ensure programs are progressing as planned and contractual guarantees are met.
  • Stay informed on the latest healthcare industry trends to ensure programs are innovative and relevant.
  • Occasional travel is required for client meetings or events.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in project or account management, with a proven track record of managing diverse programs.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Smartsheet is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Some travel is required, including air travel and walking/standing at conferences.

The annual base salary for this position is $65,000 to $75,000. Placement within this range is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, knowledge, skills, education, years and level of experience, and equity with internal team members.
