Clinical Nursing Assistant Trainee Program - #3088 at St. Clair Hospital – Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

St. Clair Health's Clinical Nursing Assistant Trainee Program is a 3-week onsite paid program that provides education and training to work as a Clinical Nursing Assistant on a bedside nursing unit.

This paid program begins Monday, 6/16/2026. Candidates for the trainee program must have flexibility to work 40 hours during the 3 weeks of training and to work various shifts within that timeframe.

The program is followed by a three to four week floor orientation working as a Clinical Nursing Assistant providing basic patient care and assisting in more complex care to patients under the direction of a licensed registered nurse.

Minimum Qualifications

1. High school graduate or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

1. A fundamental understanding of personal computers and familiarity with the Windows operating system.

3. BLS certification.

2. Prior healthcare experience.
