Job Duties:

Load data for entry into the Core System and assembles documentation.Ensures loan files contain documents with proper signatures, dates and other relevant data.Provides quality control for all closed loan packages and checks documents for proper vesting, legal descriptions, closing dates, and signatures etc.Maintains new and paid residential loan files.Prepares mortgage releases and requests/prepares Bank of Mellon notesPerforms a variety of clerical duties requiring knowledge of departmental procedures.Uses office computers for data input for ordering credit reports, flood certifications, 4506-T IRS forms, photocopying, faxing/scanning documents and organizing and maintain supplies.Answer’s telephone and written inquiries concerning loan processing and information.Receives consumer residential loan files and reviews files for all necessary forms and information according to the regulationsCommunicates with Loan Officer and other loan staff to resolve any consumer mortgage application or closing problems.Communicates with legal counsel, title companies, realtors and customers if and when necessary.Gathers information needed for the loan transaction including payoffs, verifications, appraisals, legal work etc. when necessaryCross markets companion products for consumer, commercial and residential loan products and services as appropriate.Assists other departments on a temporary basis as neededNotary requiredHandles consumer real estate loans, including HELOC’sPrepares denialsBack up to Fannie Mae servicingCompletes loan maintenance and payoffs.Other duties as assignedCharacteristics & Requirements:
