Process Batch Operator

Hours Required

12:30 PM – 9:30 PM (Overtime and weekends as needed)

Summary of Position

Responsible for pre‑weighing ingredients according to mix formulations and maintaining an organized, efficient work area. This role requires the capability to perform heavy lifting.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Pre‑weigh ingredients according to mix formulas.
• Operate forklifts safely; maintain a clean and well‑organized work area.
• Maintain knowledge of ingredients per mix formulations.
• Keep detailed and accurate records to ensure proper weights of ingredient mixes; observe and record lot numbers and manufacturers; complete all paperwork/forms accurately.
• Promote and follow all safe work practices and comply with GMP policies.
• Perform SAP transactions as required.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
• Perform mathematical calculations as needed.

Education Requirement

Junior High School education or equivalent.

Physical Demands

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
