Summary

Northfield Hospital + Clinics is seeking an OB/GYN to join our expanding Women’s Health Center. This is a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-focused environment where your expertise and voice are valued. As an independent healthcare system, you’ll have the autonomy to advocate for your patients and deliver personalized care.

Our Birth Center welcomes over 700 new babies each year, providing families with exceptional, personalized care. You’ll join a supportive team dedicated to high-quality outcomes and a positive patient experience.

Compensation

$362,000 (base guarantee), with productivity opportunity above the base and quality incentive pay determined annually. This position utilizes a team-based RVU model, with productivity pooled and distributed equitably based on FTE. Providers benefit from consistent earnings, with historical compensation at or above guaranteed levels.

Practice Details

0.75-1.0 FTE (flexible based on candidate desire)
Includes clinic, call, and surgical responsibilities
Every 5th weekend with rotating holidays
Comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

Completion of a medical degree and an accredited OB/GYN residency program
Board eligible or board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Current and unrestricted Minnesota Board of Medical Practice license
