Position Description: What You'll Do
What We Offer
Senior Leadership Lead complex scheduling initiatives while mentoring junior staff and establishing organizational standards.
Senior Scheduling Leadership Lead comprehensive schedule development and maintenance across all project stages. Provide expert guidance on Primavera usage and earned value management throughout the organization.
Team Leadership Supervise and mentor junior Project Controls personnel while leading interactive scheduling sessions and stakeholder communications.
Strategic Integration Integrate complex project schedule data with company control systems while providing monthly resource planning and expert consultation.
What You Bring
Must-Have Qualifications
- Education: Engineering or Construction Management degree with 5+ years scheduling experience
- Experience: 8-25 years Project Controls with 5+ years as planner/scheduler
- Industry: Industrial project work (Oil and Gas preferred)
- Technical Skills: Advanced Primavera (P6) and earned value management expertise
- Software: Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency
Essential Requirements
- Leadership of interactive scheduling sessions
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Independent operation with minimal supervision
- TWIC card eligibility and travel availability
- Pre-employment screening capability

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Able to sit/stand, type, and perform computer work for long periods of time.
- Frequent use of hands/fingers for computer entry and answering calls.
- Able to perform occasional bending, lifting, and reaching.
- Must be able to lift 15 lbs if necessary.
- Visual acuity sufficient for reading documents, computer screens, and technical materials.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally in-person, by phone, and via video conferencing.
- Hearing ability adequate for meetings, presentations, and collaboration.
- Ability to concentrate and maintain attention for extended periods while managing multiple priorities.
