Team Member Role: Team Members are essential to delivering a quality customer experience, support various restaurant functions, and embody our core values. This role requires teamwork, customer service skills, and the ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and service in a fast-paced environment.

Essential/Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and ensure a positive guest experience.

• Assist in preparing and/or assembling menu items following our standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area; follow all health and safety regulations.

• Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.

• Consistently arrive on time for scheduled shifts and maintain dependable attendance.

• Follow all company policies and procedures, including dress code, punctuality, and maintaining a professional appearance.

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Restock items as needed.

• Complete opening/closing duties, including setting up and breaking down workstations for open/close shifts

• Attend bi-annual Staff meetings

Skills:

• Able to interact professionally with customers and team members.

• Strong commitment to being on time and dependable for all scheduled shifts.

• Adhere to the company dress code and maintain a neat and polished appearance at all times.

• Strong ability to work collaboratively and supportively within a team.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a busy environment.

• Able to adjust to changing priorities and customer demands.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

• May require lifting up to 30 lbs.

• Working in a fast-paced environment, particularly during peak hours.

Years of Experience:

• Previous food service or retail experience is preferred but not required.

Education:

• A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
