This is a field-based outside sales role where you’ll be out every day meeting property managers, building relationships, and selling a service that apartment communities genuinely need: junk removal, dumpster drop-offs, and scheduled bulk trash pickup. It’s a real solution to a real problem — an easy story to tell once you know it.
What You’ll Do Day-to-DayThink of this like a route with purpose. You’ll be in your car, visiting apartment communities, knocking on management office doors, and starting conversations. Some days you’ll be following up with warm leads; others you’ll be prospecting cold. Every interaction is a chance to build a relationship that turns into a long-term client.
- Drive your territory and visit apartment communities to introduce our services- 50 visits per week.
- Build genuine relationships with property managers and maintenance teams
- Learn what each property needs and match them with the right service solution
- Present our services clearly and confidently — we’ll train you on everything
- Negotiate simple service agreements and close deals
- Stay organized with a CRM (digital contact log) to track your conversations and follow-ups
- Attend local industry events and association meetups to expand your network
- Report your activity and pipeline to your manager weekly
- You’ll develop real outside sales skills that transfer to any industry
- Short sales cycles — you can close deals within days, not months
- Tangible product: easy to explain, easy to demo, easy to sell
- You’ll build a client base that generates recurring commission over time
- Training and mentorship provided — no experience required, just willingness to learn
- W2 position with steady hourly pay plus unlimited commission upside

- $350/month car allowance

- High earners in this type of role regularly exceed their base through commissions
- Full-time W2 position (not 1099)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, confident presence
- Ability to manage your own schedule and stay organized
- Smartphone comfortable — you’ll use apps for CRM and navigation
- Prior sales, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred (not required)
- Multifamily industry familiarity is a bonus, not a must
