You will be responsible for developing and maintaining clinical and operational reporting solutions that support strategic decision-making and performance improvement across the organization, including:
- Creating, maintaining, and distributing recurring and ad-hoc reports related to clinical outcomes, risk monitoring, and operational performance
- Extracting, transforming, and analyzing large datasets using analytical tools and programming languages to support reporting and insights generation
- Identifying trends, patterns, and actionable insights to support clinical initiatives and organizational decision-making
- Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including clinical leaders and executives, to understand reporting needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions
- Translating complex data findings into clear, accessible summaries, dashboards, and presentations for non-technical audiences
- Supporting clinical strategy discussions as a data-driven thought partner and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in quantitative analysis, healthcare or clinical data environments, and modern analytics tools, including:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical field such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, informatics, or related discipline
- 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence (clinical or healthcare analytics preferred)
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with analytical and visualization tools such as Tableau, Python, or R
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentation development
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent critical thinking, attention to detail, adaptability, and comfort working in ambiguous or evolving environments
