As a key member of the Talent & Organization Development team, you will drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of learning systems and processes. You will leverage emerging technologies such as AI and automation to enhance efficiency, scalability, and user experience across learning initiatives. The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, offering exposure to high-impact projects such as LMS transformation and data-driven talent insights. Working in a collaborative and agile setting, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen talent strategies and elevate organizational capabilities. - Lead the optimization and administration of learning and talent development systems, including LMS platforms, ensuring seamless user experience and operational efficiency.
- Identify, implement, and manage AI-driven tools and automation solutions to streamline learning delivery, reporting, and talent processes.
- Support and lead key talent development projects, including system migrations and enhancements, ensuring timely execution and strong stakeholder alignment.
- Analyze current workflows and processes, recommending and implementing improvements to increase effectiveness and scalability.
- Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to measure learning impact, track compliance, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support talent initiatives, including system configuration, content curation, and program optimization.
- Contribute to broader talent strategy initiatives and support special projects aligned with organizational development goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in learning and development, talent management, or HR operations.
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms, particularly Workday Learning or similar systems.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Proven experience leveraging AI, automation, or process improvement methodologies in HR or learning contexts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to drive decisions and storytelling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
