Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects, including interior renovations, ground-up construction, and tenant improvements, from planning through completion.
• Develop, manage, and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost reports to ensure alignment with client expectations and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate closely with field teams, superintendents, and subcontractors to drive project progress and achieve key milestones.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing consistent communication, timely updates, and proactive issue resolution.
• Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout packages, ensuring accuracy, organization, and accessibility.
• Enforce quality standards, site safety protocols, and compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations.
• Monitor project financial performance, providing regular forecasting, analysis, and reporting to leadership.
• Partner cross-functionally with accounting, procurement, and legal teams to support project execution and compliance.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects and teams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, materials, methods, and applicable codes.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Procore, ProjectSight, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges and meet tight deadlines.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred; PMP or CCM certification is a plus.
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and extensive hands-on experience in commercial construction will be considered.
• Ability to regularly visit active job sites, including walking through construction zones and attending meetings both on-site and in an office setting.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.
