This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth by generating and qualifying new business opportunities within the mid-market and SMB segments. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and business development teams to create a strong pipeline of prospects, supporting both inbound and outbound initiatives. The position requires a proactive approach to outreach via phone, email, and social media, leveraging CRM and sales tools to maximize impact. You will articulate solutions to potential clients, handle objections, and identify opportunities for revenue growth while ensuring smooth hand-offs to account executives. This role provides a dynamic environment where your efforts directly contribute to company growth and customer engagement, with opportunities to integrate innovative AI tools to enhance outreach and efficiency. Remote work is available across most U.S. states, with hybrid options for those near regional offices.
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to generate qualified leads
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers to schedule introductory calls and ensure smooth lead hand-offs
- Support marketing campaigns with timely follow-ups and execute outbound communication cadences
- Articulate product and business benefits, address objections, and identify potential sales opportunities
- Strategize prospect accounts with sales stakeholders to prioritize outreach and maximize conversion
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and lead management using CRM platforms and sales engagement tools
- Share best practices, continuously improve outreach methods, and consistently meet or exceed KPIs
- 2+ years of SDR or lead generation experience, preferably in software, technology, or payments-related industries
- Experience in Payments, Incentives, Loyalty, or Financial Technology is a plus
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders effectively
- Results-driven, tenacious, and collaborative team player
- College degree preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 25% annually
- Demonstrated curiosity and ability to leverage AI tools to improve sales processes and results
- Hourly pay range: $24.04 – $26.45, plus commission; OTE up to $80,000
