This role offers the opportunity to drive transformation for large-scale enterprises by leveraging your expertise in business processes and Curam solutions. You will work closely with clients to analyze business requirements, define solutions, and guide implementation strategies that improve efficiency, decision-making, and outcomes. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with technical teams, mentors, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business objectives and industry best practices. The role requires a mix of analytical thinking, hands-on functional expertise, and leadership to mentor team members while contributing to complex projects. You will be part of a dynamic, remote-first environment, engaging with diverse clients across the public and private sectors. This position combines consulting impact with technical depth in a collaborative and fast-paced setting.
- Analyze customer business requirements, documenting functional specifications, use cases, and user stories for technical teams
- Serve as a Curam product functional expert, performing fit/gap analysis and providing solution recommendations
- Act as the primary point of contact for business-related questions and clarifications during project delivery
- Collaborate with design and development teams to evaluate design options and solution approaches
- Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing
- Support proof-of-concept (POC) activities and assist in pre-sales demos and client presentations
- Lead agile sessions, estimate work effort, and prioritize solution requirements including data models, screen design, QA, and test cases
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant in IT consulting or public sector delivery
- Hands-on experience with Curam services delivery, including Universal Access, Evidence, Rules, and Outcome Management
- Strong expertise in business process analysis, gap analysis, use case documentation, and process optimization
- Ability to facilitate cross-functional meetings with clients, system integrators, and technical teams
- Proven problem-solving, decision-making, and team leadership skills
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and internal teams effectively
- Familiarity with implementing and customizing commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) solutions preferred
- Experience in public sector projects and large-scale technology delivery is a plus
