Forklift Operator at ELEVATION 3D – Shrewsbury, Massachusetts

Elevation3D is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to support our warehouse and production operations. This role is responsible for the safe and accurate movement of materials, with a strong emphasis on forklift operation, inventory accuracy, and the use of technology to track and manage assets.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse and production floor
• Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments
• Pick, stage, and prepare materials for production and outbound shipments
• Maintain accurate inventory records using an iPad and internal systems
• Perform routine cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
• Perform daily forklift inspections prior to shift
• Ensure all materials are properly labeled, stored, and handled with care
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of forklift experience
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in inventory and order fulfillment
• Comfortable using technology, including iPads and warehouse management systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 75lbs
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
